Helen "Kathy" Lett, 78, of Manhattan, died January 23, 2021, at Good Shepherd Hospice House, Manhattan.  She was born March 10, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Charles and Helen (Brown) Herzer.

Kathy graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1960. She was a homemaker. Kathy also volunteered helping women who had been victims of abuse in Reno County. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church.

Kathy is survived by: first husband, Don Lett, Flower Mound, Texas; daughters, Laurie Humiston (Tom), Kennedal, Texas, Linda Ledel (Ted), Fort Worth, Texas, Leslie Caldwell (Joe), Argyle, Texas, and Mary Fischer (Scott), Manhattan; son, Donald Lett Jr., Manhattan; and brother-in-law, CJ Lett (Audrey), Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, with Father Mike Maybrier officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may sign the book from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the donor's local hospice facility, in care of Elliott Mortuary 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
