Kenneth Duane Cook, 52, died May 13, 2013, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born to Wallace D. "Wally" and Patricia Bailey Cook.
Survivors include: his father and stepmother, Marlene Cook, of Bel Aire, and brothers, Kevin Cook of Florida and Brian Cook of Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date. Elliott Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
