Kenneth Dale Osborn, 74, died Feb. 4, 2007, at Hutchinson Hospital, ICU.
He was born Dec. 1, 1932, in Penalosa, the son of Robert and Lottie Thelma Dahl Osborn. He graduated in 1951 from Cunningham High School. A resident of Emmett for 16 years, moving to Hutchinson in 1995, he was an electrician, retiring from KP&L in 1995.
He belonged to the Church of the Holy Cross. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserves Seabees.
On Oct. 21, 1953, he married Patricia Marie Theis in Cunningham. She died Feb. 10, 1999.
Survivors include: five sons, Kenneth, Rock, Kevin, Hutchinson, Kris, and Kelly, both of Wichita, and Keith, West Plains, Mo.; two daughters, Karla Stillwell, Cunningham, and Karrie Osborn, Hutchinson; two brothers, Jim, Auburn, Wash., and Dean, Wichita; a sister, Phyllis Dick, Mount Hope; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kimberly; and a brother, Robert Eugene.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Holy Cross, Hutchinson, with Father Joseph Eckberg presiding. Graveside service will be at noon Wednesday in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cunningham, with Father John Miller presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
