Obituary

Kevin C. Geurian, 28, died March 2, 2016, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born February 22, 1988, in Hutchinson, to John and Kaylene (Clark) Geurian.
Kevin graduated from Hutchinson High School in 2007. He never knew a stranger, greeting everyone with a friendly smile. And he gave the best hugs! Always an adventurous spirit, Kevin utilized his time on Earth to bring happiness and to help others. He enjoyed volunteering for many community service agencies including Reins of Hope, Salvation Army Friendship Meals, Bread and Cup, and Red Cross Blood Drives, as a donor and worker. Kevin was very involved in his church and spoke from an early age about his faith. He never feared what was next.
It would be amiss to speak of Kevin and not bring up his love of food. He could often be found asking someone what they were having for their next meal. More importantly, was his love of people. It was rare to ever see Kevin without his big smile and sincere questions of how you were doing that day.
The world lost much sunshine with Kevin's passing, but Heaven gained one incredible angel. We can all learn from Kevin's generous heart and live each day how he lived his – caring for others with a smile.
Kevin is survived by: his parents; brother, Clark Geurian and wife Gabby; grandparents, Jerry and Janine Clark and Yvonne Geurian; nephew and niece, Gavin and Veronica Geurian; aunt, Jolene Clark; uncle and aunt, Scott and Kathy Clark; and many beloved cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Geurian.
Cremation has taken place.
