Kirby Goldsby Jr., 76, of Hutchinson, died December 20, 2017, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born August 30, 1941, in El Reno, OK, to Kirby Sr. and Ida B. (Fuller) Goldsby. Kirby loved fishing and would go whenever he could.

On April 17, 1999, he married Patty Golding in Hutchinson. They shared 18 years of marriage together.  Kirby is survived by: wife, Patty of the home; children, Lacey Goldsby of Lawrence, Tony Goldsby, Calvin Goldsby, Marsha , all of CO, Kerri Melton and husband Stephen of Nickerson; numerous grandchildren; brothers, Reverend Charles Oliver and wife Margaret of Hutchinson, and Gary Fuller of Altus, OK. He was preceded in death by: his parents; siblings, Norma Butler, Carmen Goldsby, Diane Goldsby, Donald Douglas, and Darlene Brown.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, December 23, 2017, at Elliott Chapel, with Reverend Charles Oliver officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday with family here from 6-8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
