Ladd K. Noyes, 48, died Jan. 26, 2010, at his home.

He was born Nov. 25, 1961, in Hutchinson, to Ralph and Mary Lou Daugherty Noyes.

A lifetime Hutchinson resident, he was most recently employed at Wesley Towers, and previously worked at Tiffany House.

Ladd graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1980, and from Hutchinson Community College in 1982, with an Associate's Degree in Business. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Kansas in 1987. He belonged to the KU Alumni Association. Ladd loved his family, antiquing, and his cats and dogs.

Survivors include: parents, Ralph and Mary Lou Noyes, Hutchinson; three brothers, Guy, Galveston, Texas, Marc and wife Laura, Wichita, and Todd and wife Jackye, Lee's Summit, Mo.; a sister, Melyn Barnett and husband Richard, Hutchinson; 10 nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews; five cats, Twinkles, Tiger, Mama, Chyna Bleu and Topper; and two dogs, Bandit and Maggie.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, William and Mary Louise Daugherty, and Ralph, Sr. and Marcelline Noyes.

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday Jan. 30, 2010, at Faith United Methodist Church, with Pastor Ron Kite officiating. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
