Larry N. Carson's Obituary
Larry N. Carson, 64, died Aug. 24, 2006, at Hospice House.
He was born Aug. 1, 1942, in Missouri, the son of Richard and Alma Norvell Carson. A longtime Hutchinson resident, he was a sales representative for the Sleep Shop & Furniture Gallery and had formerly been with Cessna and Western Auto.
He belonged to American Legion Lysle Rishel Post 68 and was retired from the U.S. Army.
Survivors include: a son, Chris, Hutchinson; and two daughters, Tara D. Schroeder and Allison Carson, both of Hutchinson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Lester.
Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park, with military graveside rites conducted by Fort Riley.
Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Reno County or the American Cancer Society, both in care of the mortuary, Hutchinson. Personal condolences may be sent to www.elliottmortuary.com.
