Obituary

Larry J. "Bo" Baudoin, 75, died July 18, 2014, at Hospice House. He was born Dec. 21, 1938, in Franklin, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, the son of William P. and Gladys (Falterman) Baudoin.

Larry graduated from Franklin High School in 1957, and Hutchinson Community College in 1976. He served in the United States Navy from 1956, to 1959. Larry retired from the City of Hutchinson Fire Department as a captain in 1995. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Cross and was a 4th Degree Knight in Knights of Columbus #612.

On February 27, 1960, he married Joan M. Webb at St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Hutchinson.

He is survived by: his wife of 54 years, Joan M. Baudoin; three children, Michael A. Baudoin of Wichita and special friend, Debbie Colby, of Hutchinson, Lori J. Likes and husband Johnny of Hutchinson, and Gary P. Baudoin and wife Pat of Hutchinson; and three grandsons, Jonathan P. Likes, Jamison J. Likes and Andrew M. Baudoin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Parish rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at the Church of the Holy Cross, Hutchison. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. at the church, celebrated by Father Joseph Eckberg. Burial will be in Penwell Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson, with military honors conducted by the United States Navy Honor Guard. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
