Larry 'Dick' Whittle, 68, of Hutchinson, died Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born January 13, 1950, in Hutchinson, to Richard and June (Dressler) Whittle.

Dick graduated Nickerson High School in 1968. He served in the United States Navy from 1969-1971. Dick worked at Budweiser, Town Pump Market, and Egbert Liquor, retiring from Kutter's Direct Imports as a salesman.

He is survived by: daughter, Amy Whitson of Wichita; brother, Rick Whittle of Martinsburg, West Virginia; sisters, Marcia Mendenhall (Doug), Donna Fagan, all of Hutchinson; granddaughters, Hannah and Rheagan Whitson, all of Wichita; niece, Kim Utsler of Hutchinson; nephews, Eric Burk of Hutchinson, Mike Cochran of Winfield; and many, many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
