DENTON, Texas - Laura Jean Ward, 64, of Denton, Texas, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018, in Denton, Texas. Laura was born on January 5, 1954, in Hutchinson, Kansas to Lawrence and Mary Deck.
Laura is survived by: her mother, Mary Deck; sister, Priscilla Gilmore; brother, Lyle Deck; and daughter, Jennifer Adams. She is preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Deck.
Interment was at Valley Township Cemetery, Haven, Kansas. Elliott Mortuary in charge of local arrangements.
