Leanne Schouten's Obituary
Leanne Schouten, 78, died June 13, 2022, at Good Samaritan Society Hutchinson Village. She was born on October 1, 1943.
Leanne graduated high school in Columbus, OH. She served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. She worked at several hospitals and nursing homes as a nurses aide.
Leanne is survived by sons, John Smalling (Dee), Joe Ray, Jerry Ray, James Ray; and daughter, Kathryn Ray.
Leanne was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place with no services planned at this time
