Lee Roy Martinez, 60, died March 23, 2024, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born March 9, 1964, to Francisco and Edith Marie (Rowillard) Martinez.

Lee enjoyed cooking, watching crime dramas, and helping people in need. There was nothing he loved more than spending time with his son, they both enjoyed going bowling and fishing together.

On April 15, 2013, he married Elleri Jade Padilla, in Guymon, OK, they shared over 10 years of marriage.

Lee Roy is survived by: his son, Hayden Lee Francisco Martinez of Newkirk, OK; wife, Elleri Martinez of Newkirk, OK; sister, Linda Martinez of Guymon, OK; brothers, Frankie Martinez, Junior Martinez, and Johnny Martinez all of Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; sister, Carol; and brother, Peter.

Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time. In care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
