Obituary

Lenora V. Musick, 83, died July 30, 2009, at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson.

She was born April 23, 1926, on the family farm in Barton County, the daughter of Philip and Sophia Herdt Miller. She graduated from Salt City Business College, Hutchinson.

Lenora retired after 40 years with Central Bank and Trust as a Loan Officer. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and she was also a member of American Business Women's Association.

On Dec. 31, 1949, she married Lloyd Dean Musick in Hutchinson. He died Feb. 17, 2008.

Survivors include; sons, Michael Musick and wife Kristen and David Musick and wife Amy; daughter, Katharine Budreau all of Hutchinson; six grandchildren, Danielle, Trenton, Alexis and Lauren Musick and Megan and Madison Budreau.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, Herman, Elmer, Emanuel, Melvin, Marvin and Earl and a sister Alvina Kiel.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Kim Biery presiding. Friends may sign the book today through Tuesday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with family to receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Chapel. Casket will be closed. Burial will be in Penwell-Gable Cemetery and Mausoleum.

Memorials may be made to Spinal Muscular Atrophy or Hospice of Reno County.
