Linda Gaye Adkins, 58, died October 23, 2009, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born August 18, 1951, in Sentinel, Oklahoma, the daughter of Roy E. and Lurine Corbin Graham. She was a graduate of Carter High School, Carter, Oklahoma. She was a dedicated employee, serving 13 years as a custodian with USD 313.

Survivors include: son, Jason Adkins, Wichita; sister, Pat Marshall, Clinton, Oklahoma; and a half-sister, Kathi Neimeir, Woodstock, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Jeanine Rishel presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, all at Elliott Mortuary.
