Linda Diane George, 71, of Hutchinson, died April 11, 2022, at Hutchinson Health & Rehab. She was born July 27, 1950, in New York City, NY, to George and Rose (Unger) Sabin.

Linda graduated from high school in Elkhart, IN. She worked as a purchasing agent for Collins Industries for many years before retiring. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed floral arranging and watching crime dramas. Linda attended CrossPoint Church.

On August 13, 1983, she married Richard W. George, in Hutchinson. He survives.

Also surviving are: children, Stephanie Cressler (Al) of Arlington, Kevin George (fiancé, Sunshine Chapman) of Nickerson; grandchildren, Brittany, Ashely, Kaela, Zach; great-grandson, Bryden; and sister, Susan VanMeter of Elkhart, IN; numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Burner.

Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
