Lloyd Westmoreland, 91, of Hutchinson, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, at Hutchinson Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born Sept., 17, 1924, at Ft. Gibson, Okla., to Jesse and Louise (Gordon) Westmoreland. Lloyd was a truck driver for Betts Baking Company for 24 years.
He was also a member of Eastwood Church of Christ.
Survivors include: sons, David and wife Crystle of Hutchinson, Lloyd Jr. of Tahlequah, Okla., and Mark and wife Angela of Cheney; daughters, Nancy Hale and husband Jack, of Marion, Ohio, and Fern Louise Westmoreland of Hutchinson; 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three wives, Delorse, Olive, and Oneta; a daughter, Sue Dreadfulwater; a grandson, Charles Dreadfulwater; three brothers, Russell, Virgil and Jim; and two sisters, Ann and Thelma.
Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Friday at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N.
