Lorence "Larry" Milligan, 78, died Oct. 24, 2006, at Infinia, Hutchinson.
He was born Dec. 25, 1927, in Chicago, Ill. A resident of Hutchinson since 1962, he had worked for Yellow Cab, was a truck driver for Champion Oil, worked for Betts Bakery and retired from Krause Plow Corp.
He belonged to Veteran of Foreign Wars Bob Campbell Post No. 1361 and American Legion Lysle Rishel Post No. 68. He was a U.S. Marine veteran, serving during World War II.
Survivors include: two sons, Craig, Lancaster, Calif., and Roy, Bennington, Vt.; a daughter, Delore Milligan, Bennington, Vt.; a brother, Howard, Florida; and seven grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson, with Pastor Kim Biery presiding. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Friday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
