Lori Macy, 61, died August 22, 2023, surrounded by her family, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. She was born August 25, 1961, in Temple Hills, MD, to Harry Franklin II and Dorothy Lorraine (Reder) Biery.

Lori, known by her family as "Gordy", was a homemaker.  She was a collector of numerous figurines and passionate about her dogs.  Lori had an infectious smile that made everyone around her feel welcomed and loved.

On April 20, 1981, she married Jacky Duane Macy, in Hollis, OK.

Lori is survived by:  her husband of 42 years, Jacky Macy of Hutchinson; son, Jeremie Biery (Cassie) of Salina; siblings, Robert Biery, Frank Biery (Serenia), Bud Biery (Kim), all of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Julie Moss of Texas, Clay Huff, Kade Biery, and Joey Biery, all of Salina; her best friend for over 23 years, Barbie; numerous nieces and nephews; and her Bluestem Pace family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Brian Keith.

Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 25, 2023, in the Hester Chapel, located at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1602 N. Main, Hutchinson.  Please park on 16th Street and follow the yellow steps to the door on the southwest side of the church.   Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lori Macy Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS  67501.
