Lorrine Agnes Thompson, 82, died July 23, 2012, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.

She was born March 25, 1930, to Ralph and Agnes Watchoske Mann in Cedar Point, Kan.

Lorrine married LaVon E. Thompson on June 25, 1955, in Hutchinson, Kan. He survives.

She was a secretary at the Medical Center for Dr. Twito, Dr. Sheers and Dr. Chervan. She was also involved in the local 4-H club with her children. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in South Hutchinson, Kan.

Survivors include: son, Greg Thompson and wife Patty of Hutchinson; daughters, Lori Wilson and husband Phil of Lakeville, Minn., Julie Dowd and husband Tim of Olathe, Kan.; brother, Keith Mann and wife Masil of Wilson, Okla.; six grandchildren, three step grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, South Hutchinson with Father Ned Blick presiding. Burial will follow at the Sylvia Cemetery, Sylvia, Kan. Friends may call today from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the family to receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
