Lucas Michael Ehling, 28, died Thursday, October 31, 2019, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born August 13, 1991, in Hutchinson, to Neil and Diane (Hawkins) Ehling.

He attended Hutchinson schools. Lucas was an avid gamer and Star Wars fan.

Lucas is survived by:  father, Neil Ehling and wife, Marsha; mother, Diane Ehling, all of Hutchinson; brothers, Andrew Ehling and wife, Jodi of McPherson, Zane Ehling and wife, Jenni of Garden Plain; sister, Abby Ehling and husband, Francisco Florencio of Lawrence; grandmother, Marie Hawkins of Hutchinson; and nephews and nieces, Brecklynn and Sawyer Ehling, Sophie, Cora, Morris and George Ehling, and Alice Ehling-Florencio.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Hawkins, and grandparents, Morris and Julia Ehling.

Cremation has taken place.  Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Kyle Sanderson presiding. Friends may sign his book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and until service time at Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson.
