Margaret L. Franko's Obituary
Margaret L. Franko, 86, of Hutchinson, died May 10, 2011, at Hospice House in Hutchinson.
She was born Nov. 17, 1924, in New Market, IA, the daughter of L.W. and Thelma Marsell Pullan.
On April 28, 1944, she married Robert Franko. He survives.
They lived in Hutchinson, where she was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church and was a Sears retail store retiree. Survivors include: sons, James and wife Sue of Hutchinson, Mark of Lee's Summit, Mo., Michael and David, both of Hutchinson; granddaughters, Jennifer Viel and husband Tom of Winnebago, Ill., and Kristine Egelhoff and husband Barry of Avon, Ill.; and great grandchildren, Amber, Hunter, Luke, and Anna. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with Father Nicholas Voelker presiding. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, with the family greeting friends Friday from 6 to 7 p.m., all at Elliott Mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice House, sent in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
