Marguerite 'Maggie' Christine Dillon left this world on July 17, 2012. Born in Wichita, KS on November 1, 1987, Maggie was raised in Hutchinson, KS, the youngest of three children.

Maggie was a creative soul with a passion for travel and all things artistic. Strong in heart and mind, she never refused a challenge, meeting every new situation with humor and determination.

Maggie graduated high school from Idyllwild Arts Academy in Idyllwild, CA in 2006. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emerson College in Boston, MA, graduating Magna Cum Laude in just three years in 2009. A successful special effects make-up artist and costume designer, Maggie was the owner of Paradox Reality FX in Los Angeles at the time of her death.

Maggie is terribly missed by her family and friends, including her mother, Linda Dillon (Bob Callahan) of Denver, CO; her father, Butch Dillon (Tremenda) of Hutchinson, KS; her sister, Jennie Dillon Hammers (Scott) of Nederland, CO; her brother, Chace Dillon (Chelsea VanVleet) of Aspen, CO; her grandparents, Ace and Betty Dillon of Hutchinson, KS; her stepsister, Whitney Jones, of Manhattan, KS; her niece, Ande Pearl Hammers, 7, of Nederland, CO; and her boyfriend, Charlie Panian of Los Angeles, CA.

A celebration of Maggie's life will take place Friday, July 27th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wilders on Main, 2609 North Main Street in Hutchinson. All are welcome. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
