Marie (Gibbs) Headings died August 1, 2020. She was born October 4, 1945, in Hutchinson, to Donald and Elsie Gibbs. Marie graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1964.

She married Donald Headings in 1968.

Marie is survived by:  husband, Donald; children, Galen and Patricia; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Norma Strong.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2020, at Westside Baptist Church, 400 W. 12 ^th , Hutchinson.  The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time Thursday at the church.  Burial will follow in Hayes Township Cemetery.  Friends may sign the book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS  67501.
