Marilyn Dobbs McClellan, 78, passed away September 26, 2021, at Reflection Living, Hutchinson, KS.  She was born September 29, 1942, in LaPort, IN, to William Harlan and Kathleen L. (Schlaefer) Dobbs.

Marilyn graduated from Concord High School, Elkhart, IN.  She was employed by Social Rehabilitation Services and worked in the office for 20 years.  Marilyn enjoyed sewing, making quilts, and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.

On June 29, 1985, she married Gary McClellan, in McPherson, KS.  They shared over 36 years of marriage.

Marilyn is survived by:  husband, Gary McClellan of Hutchinson, KS; children, Tod (Rita) Martin of Wyoming, Karen (Paul) Pepperd of Kingman, KS, Terry Martin of Hutchinson, KS, and Michael (Lisa) McClellan of Montana; grandchildren, Dustin (Dorian) Densler and Shana Martin; great-grandson, Jakob Densler; sister, Tammy (Jerry) Muncie of Indiana; brother-in-law, Charles McClellan of Hutchinson, KS; and her fur baby yorkie, Bailey.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and brothers, Randall Dobbs and Bradley Dobbs.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2021, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5905 W. 4th Avenue, Hutchinson, KS, with Pastor Eric Miller officiating.  Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
