Marilyn Kay Willbanks, 70, of Hutchinson, died Nov. 26, 2010, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
She was born Jan. 11, 1940, in Langdon, Kan., to Everett and Marsha Bartlett Cunningham.
She was a retired hostess and waitress. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include: a son, Richard Willbanks of South Hutchinson; three daughters, Robin Roth of Monument, Colo., Rhonda and husband Reverend Billy Buckingham of Hideaway, Texas, and Feleita and husband Reverend Chris Boaz of St. Peters, Mo.; brothers, James Cunningham and wife Velma of Hutchinson, and Dennis Cunningham of Russellville, Ark.; sister, Norma Fry and husband Alvin of Hutchinson; eight grandchildren, Barry Braden, Brett Roth, Cody Roth, Rachel Willbanks, Tiffany Willbanks, Tarin Farmer, Morgan Nobbs, and Trevor Nobbs; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Peggy Braden, companion, Jim Friesen, brother, Gene Cunningham, and sister, Patsy Jennings.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at Temple Baptist Church, 631 E. 3rd, Hutchinson, Kan., with Pastor Willard Stafford officiating. Burial in the Turon Cemetery.
Friends may call 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may be sent to the church in care of Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
