Marjorie L. Braden's Obituary
Marjorie L. Braden, 96, died June 25, 2008, at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson.
She was born Feb. 23, 1912, in Haviland, daughter of Daniel and Mabel Deets Amerine.
She graduated from Haviland High School in 1929. She was a resident of Hutchinson after moving from Anthony in 1996. She was a Clerk/Operator of the O.T.A.S.C.O. Store in Anthony for many years. She was a former member of the Anthony United Methodist Church.
On Dec. 25, 1931, she married Claude William Braden in Haviland. He died Nov. 14, 1996.
Survivors include: daughter, Genell Kirk, Hutchinson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lavetta "Rusty" Braden on Jan. 29, 2007; four brothers; and five sisters.
Cremation has taken place. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorials to: Victory in the Valley, Hutchinson, in care of Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
