Mark W. Carle, 41, died April 25, 2010, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born Oct. 3, 1968, in Worthington, Minn.
A resident of Hutchinson for 12 years, coming from Salina, he was a painter for Knight Paint Contracting. He loved fishing and playing pool.
Survivors include: mother and father, Sharon Mayfield Saunders and Dwight Saunders, Dodge City; two sisters, Suprena Cheshier and husband Kim, Chanute and Christal Lantz and husband Dan, Salina; half-brother, Scott Carle, Newton; three stepsisters, Connie Mills and husband Gene, Kemp, Texas, Mary Russell, Gentry, Ark., and Saundra Krysa and husband Kevin, Arizona; eight stepchildren, Benjamin, Nicholas and Titus Smith, Efrain Gonzalez, Samantha Heglin, Christina White, Lisa and Malinda Featherstone; 13 grandchildren; three nephews; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Carle.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Tim Carey presiding. Visitation will be 1 to 9 p.m. today, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. until service time Saturday, all at the mortuary.
