Mark Allen Kane, 53, died June 5, 2024, at his residence.  He was born July 26, 1970, in Louisville, KY, to Glenn Kane and Marion Yerington Kane.

Mark attended Central High School, Burden, KS, and Western High School, Louisville, KY.  He was a restaurant manager, working in Utah, Kansas, Iowa, Texas, and Oklahoma throughout his career.  Mark was a voracious reader and enjoyed music and live theater.  He always tried to add humor to any situation.  Mark's catchphrase whenever things got chaotic was "Monkey".

Mark is survived by:  his children, Alison Kane and Ian Hess; sisters, Kathryn Nichols and Patricia Nichols; and brother, Michael Kane.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Christopher Kane.

Cremation has taken place.  Elliott Mortuary and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
