Marshall G Dixon's Obituary
Marshall G. Dixon, 89, died Nov. 9, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Michigan. He was born June 20, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., the son of Edward and Laura Mary Ann Norton Dixon.
He was a Cooley High School, Detroit, Mich., graduate and a carpenter in the health care industry. On July 1, 1947, he married Betty Jean Eberle in McPherson. She died March 21, 2009. He is survived by: a son, Michael of Hutchinson; and a brother, Bill and his wife Joanne of Livonia, Mich.
Graveside service will be at noon Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at McPherson Cemetery, with military honors conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to TECH, Inc., in care of Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501
