Martha Angela Engle's Obituary
Martha "Angela" Engle, 79, of Hutchinson, died Nov. 2, 2016, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born Aug. 2, 1937, in Albuquerque, NM, to Edward and Antonita (Jones) Mohatt. She was a homemaker, a drug and alcohol counselor and worked in the antique business.
On April 7, 1956, Angela married Ron L. Engle in Costa Mesa, CA. He survives.
Others survivors include: daughter, Marla A. Blickhahn and husband Henry of Hutchinson; sons, Richard M. Engle of Bend, Ore., Michael E. Engle of Bandon, OR, Matthew W. Engle and wife Mary of Redmond, Ore.; daughter-in-law, Ann Engle of Costa Mesa, Calif.; brother, Albert Mohatt and wife Linda of Reno; sister, Monica Elliott and husband Jim, of Reno; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Mitchell E. Engle.
Cremation has taken place. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church Youth Club Scholarship Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
