Mary Ann Frye, 85, died Aug. 30, 2006 at Sandstone Heights Nursing Home, Little River.

She was born July7, 1921, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Frank and Anna Mae Sinn Rose.

A Hutchinson High School graduate, she was a lifetime Hutchinson resident. She formerly was employed by Western Foods and was in the alterations department of the former Pegues Store.

She belonged to Walnut & Campbell Church Of Christ.

On June 21, 1941, she married Burton Frye in Hutchinson. He died Feb. 20, 1990.

Survivors include: two daughters, Marilyn Dunsworth, Hutchinson and Sherryl Crowl, Kanopolis Lake; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a great, great
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard; a sister Goldie Weeks and a granddaughter.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with Bob Phipps presiding. Friends may sign the book from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday the the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.
