Mary Catherine Leaming, 76, died Feb. 15, 2016, at Hutchinson Health and Rehab. She was born Oct. 31, 1939, in Stillwater, Okla., to William and Ruth (Swett) Didway.

She was a member of The Heart of Kansas Quilt Guild and attended Believers Tabernacle.

Survivors include: sons, Anthony Leaming, Wichita, Damon Leaming, Houston, Texas; granddaughters, Jessica Leaming, Angela Wooten, both of Barnes, Texas; grandson, Joey Leaming, Houston, Texas; sisters, Billie Morrow, Hutchinson, Judy Isbell , Wichita, Laura Didway, Hutchinson; brothers, Joe and Mark Didway, both of Houston, Texas, Mike Didway, Miami, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Lewis in 1995; a grandson, Christopher Leaming; and two brothers, Dennis and Roger Didway.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, at Crossroads Christian Church, Hutchinson, with Pastor Wayne Pittman presiding. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Thursday from at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reno County Food Bank, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
