Mary C. Leiker, 84, of Hutchinson, died March 28, 2020, at Good Samaritan Society, Hutchinson Village. She was born September 19, 1935, in Ness City, the daughter of Carl and Clara (Schlitter) Leiker.

Mary graduated from St. Teresa Catholic High School in 1953. Her first job was at Carl Hays Drug Store. She then became the secretary for Wholesale Liquor, Billingsley Liquor, and K.D.I. After their closing, Mary was a caregiver for her family.

She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church.

Mary is survived by: sister, Katie Estrella (John), Hutchinson; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; sisters, Christina Reger, Julitta 'Julie' Davis, Clara Leiker; and brother, Patrick Leiker.

Private family services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2020, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 211 E. 5 ^th Ave., with Father Michael J. Maybrier officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary.
