Mary Ann Marx, 93, of Hutchinson, died November 2, 2021, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born, March 10, 1928, in Hoisington, to Paul and Doris (Smith) Winslow.

Mary Ann belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star Silver Leaf Chapter #464 and Moose Lodge #982. She was a member of the Women of the Moose since 1966, reaching the highest degree in the order. After retirement Mary Ann volunteered at the Moose Lodge for many years.

On March 31, 1967, she married Gilbert Marx, in Hutchinson. He passed away on March 3, 2005.

Mary Ann is survived by: daughters, Paula Zollinger (Floyd), Derby, Linda Peterson, Hutchinson, Cindy Maley (Rick), Hutchinson; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Winslow (June); and good friend, Cherryl Wiltse.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Gilbert Marx.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2021, at Elliott Mortuary, with the Reverend Dr. Kim Biery officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
