Mary L. "Vicki" Davis, 87, died October 9, 2023, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born October 30, 1935, in Pratt, to Marten and Ruth (Shepherd) Jones.

Vicki worked in many different places that she enjoyed. She was a cashier in the cafeteria at Hutchinson High School, ticket taker for the Kansas State Fair, a green house attendant for Stutzman's, and she retired as a clerk at Rainbo Bakery. Vicki also loved to play games, especially bingo, plant flowers, and watch dirt track racing. She was a sports fan as well and often attended HCC basketball games.

On February 2, 1957, Vicki married Donald L. Davis Sr. in Hutchinson. They shared 46 years before he passed away on July 4, 2004.

She is survived by: daughter, Terri Brungardt, Hutchinson; son, Don Davis Jr. (Paula), Hutchinson; daughter, Angie Wilson (Randy), Wichita; seven grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Vicki was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; and five siblings.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Elliott Mortuary. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Burial Park. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary.
