Merle E. Milburn Sr., 86, died Sept. 8, 2015, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 9, 1929, in Abbyville, to George and Eva (Feese) Milburn.
He was a self-employed machinist in Hutchinson. Survivors include: sons, Larry Milburn of Partridge, Merle Milburn Jr. and wife Shirley of Georgia, Carl Milburn and wife Nancy of Abbyville, Joseph Milburn of Hutchinson; daughter, Debra Vetter and husband Andy of Hutchinson; and a sister, Joann Jensen of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Private services will be held at a later date. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson KS 67501.
