Michelle Dawn Zahn, 51, of Buhler, died July 9, 2026. She was born December 28, 1974, in Moundridge, to Edward A. and Bonnie J. (Regehr) Zahn.

Michelle graduated from Buhler High School. She loved participating in Special Olympics and doing gel pen art, making calendars and cards, painting, crocheting, and playing the guitar.

Michelle is survived by her parents, Ed and Bonnie Zahn of Buhler; siblings, Kirk and Julia Zahn of Wichita, Chris and Ashley Zahn of Newton, Cami and James Hudson of Pratt, Andrea and Wes Busenitz of Osage, WY; seven nieces, seven nephews; and many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arnold and Fern Regehr and Edward and Charlene Zahn.

Cremation has taken place.

Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church, 415 N. West St., Buhler. The service will be livestreamed on the church’s website: http://www.buhlermbchurch.org/

Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 1-5 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, with the family present to receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary.
