Obituary

Milton Blocker, 98, of Haven, died October 29, 2024, at Hospice House in Hutchinson. He was born December 12, 1925, in Haven, to Emil and Lillian (Dierks) Blocker.

Milton graduated from Haven High School in 1942. He joined the United States Army in 1946 and served in World War 2. Milton dedicated his life to farming.

Milton is survived by: his wife, Ruth Blocker of Haven; children, John (Susan) Blocker of Haven, Priscilla (Gary) Villines of Bel Aire, Phillip (Lydia) Blocker of Wichita, Lois Kincaid of Wichita; and numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; sisters, Dorothy Blocker, Margaret Rohlman, Mildred Hays; brother, Earl Blocker; and son-in-law, Keith Kincaid.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2024, at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery, 35100 W. Harry, Cheney, with military honors conducted by Ft. Riley Honor Guard. Friends may sign his memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the donor's choice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main., Hutchinson, KS 67501.
