Mitchell 'Mitch' Wiens, of Hutchinson, 25, passed away November 27, 2017, at Via Christi on St. Francis Campus, Wichita. He was born February 15, 1992, in Lyons. Mitch graduated from Buhler High School and attended Hutchinson Community College. He was employed by Color By Design in Haven.

Mitch is survived by: his fiancee, Samantha Bergkamp of Cheney; children, Karsin Martin of Hutchinson and Gavin Wiens of Cheney; parents, Scott and Elizabeth Brown of Hutchinson; father, Derek Wiens; sister, LaTosha Wiens; brother and best friend, Cole Brown of Hutchinson; and grandmother, Diane Wood of Hutchinson.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cheryl Blackburn, and grandfather, Kenneth Willard.

Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church, 415 N. West St., Buhler. There will be a reception following during which the family will receive friends. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Team Lightning Wrestling Club or Buhler High School Wrestling Team, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
