Muriel Joan Ginn's Obituary
ABBYVILLE – Muriel Joan Ginn, 82, died Aug. 5, 2015, at her home. She was born June 19, 1933, in Abbyville, to Melvin and Sarah (Dunn) Ginn.
Muriel graduated from Arlington High School in 1951, and attended Adele Hale Business College. She was the office manager for Wiley Building Company and Jack Child Investments and a member of the Abbyville Community Church. Muriel enjoyed gardening, flowers, reading, music, and working crossword puzzles.
Survivors include: brother, Ray Ginn of Abbyville; sisters, Lois Eskew of Penalosa, Beverly Kightlinger of Hutchinson, and Melba Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents; and brothers-in-law, Lee Eskew, Norman E. Kightlinger, and Donald Smith.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Dale Levering officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today and Saturday until service time at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Abbyville Community Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
