Nancy Jane Witham, 80, died February 2, 2026, at Hester Care Center, Hutchinson.  She was born March 11, 1945, in Ottumwa, IA, to Troy and Margaret R. (Sutton) Riggins.

Nancy attended Hutchinson High School.  She worked 40 years for Dillon Food Stores, retiring as a pharmacy technician.  Nancy enjoyed watching television and working crossword puzzles.

On August 25, 1962, she married her high school sweetheart, Gary Alan Witham, in Hutchinson.

Nancy is survived by:  her devoted husband of over 63 years, Gary Witham; son, Ray Witham; brother, David Riggins, all of Hutchinson; brother-in-law, Roger Witham (Diane) of Bandera, TX; grandchildren, Nicholas Welch (Christina), Jacob Welch (Beatrice), and Jamie Welch; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Jodi Suzanne Welch.

Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Matt Stafford officiating.  Friends may sign her book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
