Nicholas W. Hutchinson, 90, passed away on Dec. 24, 2014, at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson. He was born July 9, 1924, to Nicholas and Margaret (Snowden) Hutchinson, in Ryhope, County Durham, England. On February 3, 1949, he married Margaret Johnstone in Bedford, England. Nicholas retired after 29 years as a bindry foreman with R.L. Polk.

He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret (C.L. William) Haw of Shawnee Mission, and Lynne Intrachat of Lawrence; son, Nicholas (Margaret) Hutchinson of Toledo, Ohio; granddaughters, Brooke Intrachat of Los Angeles, Calif., Ellen Hutchinson of Toledo, Ohio; and a brother, William Hutchinson of Yapham, England.

Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Margaret Hutchinson.

Cremation has taken place.

The family has requested that there be no service at this time. Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.
