Nila Mae Wagner, 85, of Hutchinson, died Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Poudre Valley Hospital, Ft. Collins, Co. She was born January 3, 1934, in Beeler, KS, the daughter of Ralph Adam and Lydia (Adolph) Hinkel.

Nila graduated from Beeler High School in 1951 and Brown Mackie Business College in 1953. She was a retired bookkeeper. Nila was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

On September 4, 1955, she married Marvin Eugene Wagner in Great Bend, KS., he died July 15, 1971. Nila is survived by: daughter, Marva S. Wagner, Longmont, CO; son, Scott Wagner, Huntington Beach, CA. Nila was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, January 10, 2019, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 407 E. 12th, Hutchinson, with Pastor Quentin Nuttmann and Pastor Henry Blickhahn presiding. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery, Meade, KS.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church or American Heart Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
