Nona Ragsdale, 61, died Nov. 8, 2006 at her home in Tucson, Ariz.
She was born March 6, 1945 at Hutchinson, the daughter of Martin and Dolly Guettsche Tucker. In 1963 she graduated from Hutchinson High School. A resident of Tucson since 2004, formerly of Hutchinson, she was a homemaker and longtime employee of Central State Bank and Starks Siding Supply.
She belonged to Zion Lutheran Church, Hutchinson.
She was an avid nature lover, especially animals.
On Dec 31, 2977 she married John M. Starks. He died Aug. 6, 1999. On June 30, 2000 she married Lloyd Ragsdale in Hutchinson. He survives.
Other suvivors include: two sons, David Luman, Hutchinson and Darin Luman, Grand Prairie, Texas; a daughter, Dana Brubaker, Hutchinson; three step children, Kurt Starks, Wichita, Kevin Starks, Buhler and Stacey Reed, Hutchinson; a brother, Charles Tucker Hutchinson; two sisters Martha Stroup and Marsha Hanavan, both of Hutchinson; three grandchildren, Garrett Lumna, Keaton Brubaker and Kelby Brubaker; six step grandchildren; and close friends, Barbie Yoder and Patty Brown.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson with Pastor Robert Albin officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Cremation has taken place.
