Norma Jean Farrens, 85, died July 3, 2012, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.
She was born Feb. 18, 1927, to Glen and Ruby Koon Mountford in Red Cloud, Neb.
She married Duane Keen in Red Cloud, Neb. on June 24, 1951. He died Feb. 24, 1993.
She was a schoolteacher. Survivors include: sons, Michael Keen and wife Patti and Kevin Keen; daughter, Camille McAnulty; sisters, Glenda Kirkpatrick and Bernadine Wherry; 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughters, Victoria King and Teresa Keen.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2012, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Willard Stafford presiding.
Memorials may be made to Hospice House, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
