Orpha Yoder, 78, died Monday, November 16, 2020, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1942, in Nowata, OK, to William and Clara (Yoder) Miller.

Orpha owned a fabric store in her home, baked wedding cakes, and owned a diet center in Hutchinson.  She was a member of Plainview Mennonite Church, Hutchinson.

On June 5, 1960, Orpha married Melvin H. Yoder, in Hutchinson. Melvin, her husband of over 60 years, survives. Also surviving are: children, Starla and husband Kelly Latimer of Idaho, and Ronald Yoder of Missouri; brother, Ivan and wife Emma Miller; sisters-in-law, Clara Miller and Katie Miller, all of Hutchinson; seven grandchildren, Zeke Yoder, Josiah and wife Megan Latimer, Noah Latimer, Lydia Latimer, Priscilla Latimer, Aleigh Latimer, and Levi Latimer.

Preceding her in death are: her parents; stillborn son, Robert Dean Yoder; and brothers, Glenn and Raymond Miller.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Plainview Mennonite Church, 5610 W. Trail West Rd., Hutchinson. Graveside service will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the church cemetery.
