Owen William Parker, infant son of Ashlin Parker and Tanner Foulk, died May 29, 2024, at Wesley Medical Center. He was born April 3, 2024, in Wichita.

The gift of Owen's life was shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation.

Owen is survived by: his mother, Ashlin Parker of Wichita; father, Tanner Foulk of Winfield; brother, Oliver; grandparents, Tammy Parker (Brad Lill) of Wichita, Chad Parker (Jamie) of Wichita, Aimee Murguia and Donald Foulk of Winfield; and many extended family members.

Friends may sign his memorial book from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday, with the family present to receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary.
