Pat I. Bailey, 72, died November 23, 2025, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 11, 1953, in Iola, KS to Charles Lloyd and H. Lucille (Pitser) Drake.

Pat worked at Ineeda Cleaners and Saylor Cleaners and as a waitress at Hickory Gables, before becoming the janitor for Bob Johnson Youth Shelter. She was involved in VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary.  Pat enjoyed reading books of all genres and drinking wine.

On April 1, 1977, in Hutchinson, she married Freddie Lynn "Fred" Bailey, Sr. They shared almost 38 years of marriage, prior to his death on March 27, 2015.

Pat is survived by: her siblings, Maggie Groves of Crandall, TX, Larry Drake, Donna (Gary) Agoitia, both of Hutchinson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; brother, Charles Drake; and half-sister, Sharolyn Webb.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Elliott Mortuary with Pat's nephew, Pastor Lucas Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Eastside Cemetery, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary.
