Patricia L. Bauer, 67, passed away March 14, 2015, at Hospice House. She was born Aug. 28, 1947, in Spearville to Jeter W. and Elizabeth L. (McMillan) Hagan.

Patricia graduated from Spearville High School in 1965. She graduated in 1979, from Hairdressing College in Modesto, CA. Patricia received her Associate Degree in Journalism from Dodge City Community College.

On March 11, 1972, she married John D. Bauer in Dodge City. He survives.

Other survivors include: son, James Sharp of Ness City; daughters, Barbara Hayes and husband Brian of Wichita, Victoria Bauer of Lyons, and Kathrine Baker and husband Logan of Hutchinson; sisters, Rita Ann Slattery of Dodge City, and Gail Lee Grasser of Cimarron; grandchildren, Breckon Bauer of Boston, Brianna Hayes of Wichita, Brooklyn Hayes of Wichita, Johnathan Bauer of Lyons, Caleb, Nevaeh, Clayton, and Isabella Baker of Hutchinson; and great-grandchildren, Alexiz Jaso, Adrian Hayes, Olivia Bauer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Bryon and Marguerite McMillan, daughter; Lisa Sharp, brother, Bryon McMillan, and sister, Leslie McMillan.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with Pastor Matt Stafford presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday till service time on Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
