Clark Miller
February 25, 1950 – March 13, 2026
Patricia "Patty" Clark Miller, 76, died peacefully at her home on March 13, 2026, with her son, Patrick and sister, Jeanne, by her side. She was born February 25, 1950, in Hutchinson, to Clark Clinton and Moretha Edna (Neel) Miller.
Patty graduated from Haven High School in 1968, and Kansas State University in 1972. She used her talents to manage Macy's in Kansas City before transferring to manage the Macy's in Los Angeles, CA. In addition, Patty was a successful and gifted self-employed interior designer. She loved animals, especially Bernese Mountain Dogs and was an avid reader. In the summer months, Patty could be found tending to her flowers and tomato plants then relaxing in her swimming pool. She was a member of Eastwood Church of Christ, Hutchinson.
Patty is survived by: her son, Patrick Miller of Hutchinson; sister, Jeanne Wheeler (Sam) of Sonora, CA; cousins, Butch Neel (Verna) of Hutchinson, Karen Ukens, Alice Taylor, both of Windom, Jim Neel (Lou) of Wichita, Robin Neel Poydence of Allen, TX, Johnny Studebaker of Lenexa, David Studebaker (Susan) of Valley Center, Nancy Fair of Wichita, Greg Studebaker (Carol) of Gladstone, MO, Judy Edmands (Clay) of Buena Vista, CO, and Jerry Nininger (Debbie) of Hutchinson; and three cherished nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Clark C. Miller; mother and stepfather, Moretha Miller Lyman (Floyd); sisters, Marilyn Miller-Unruh and Ann Francisco; and a nephew, Clark Wilson.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Eastwood Church of Christ, 2500 N. Plum Street, Hutchinson, with Wayne DeWindt officiating. Friends may sign her book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
